National Cadet Corps the largest uniformed youth organization in India. It also considered the second line of Indian defense. Developing character of Indian youth, inculcating a sense of comradeship, discipline and a secular outlook in them, NCC has been instrumental in building selfless leaders for the country.
The NCC unit of Rangia College was introduced in 1965. The then Principal, Sri Birendra Nath Bordoloi took the initiative and appointed Mr. Golok Ch. Bhuyan, department of History as founder NCC officer.

1. Adjudged the best marching Contingent in centrally held Independence Day and Republic Day parades by SDO civil in 2018.
2. Got the best commander award in March Past competition held in Nalbari College.
3. Got best Marching Contingent award in All Assam March past competition held in Nalbari College.
4. U.O Kushal Boro from Rangia College represented the North East Region in the Republic Day parade in New Delhi, 2018.
5. Cadets participated in 100 hours summer camp for cleaning the college campus.
