Rangia College library is a premier library of higher education in Assam, playing a vital role in conferring higher education to the user of North Kamrup in especially for more than 57 year since its establishment in 1963.The central library of the college has been functioning as an integral part of the college from time of its inception. At this time of its inception the primary needs of the library were fulfilled with the help of donation and contribution of some well wishers and thereafter gradually it is able to become a modern computerized college library. At present Rangia College library also provides access to e-resources to the teachers and students of the college through UGC- INFLIBNET, N-List Programme and NDLI services (National Digital Library of India).

NATIONAL LIBRARY AND INFORMATION SERVICES FOR SCHOLARLY CONTENT (NLIST):
It is a project jointly executed by E-Sudhsindhu consortium, INFLIBNET centre and the INDEST AICTE consortium, ITT, Delhi. The Nlist project provides access to e-resources to students, researchers and faculty from colleges and other beneficiary institutions through scanner install at the INFLIBNET centre.
